Emma trained at Cathy-Lea studios from beginners to advanced levels in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. She was a member of our performance troupes and also an accomplished solo and duo performer. She recently completed a Science degree at Monash University and while studying, joined the Monash Uni Premier Division Dance team. She has competed at state and national finals, winning solos in Jazz and Lyrical and team events in Pom and Hip Hop. In 2023 Emma competed in the ICU World Cup in Florida, placing 1st in the Pom Team and 2nd in the Hip Hop team events. She loves being able to share her passion for dance with students while still engaging in competitive Dance herself, and while maintain her academic studies and professional pursuits. Emma is an accredited Ready Set Dance teacher and teaches pre-school and junior classes. |
