Cassie completed a Certificate IV in Dance at Transit Dance, being awarded Most Outstanding Dancer in her graduating year.
She performed and choreographed extensively with Transit Dance, working with renowned choreographers such as Paul Malek, Adam Wheeler, Daniel Jaber, Kim Adam and Jayden Hicks. Other performance credits include Jilted Generation with Origins Dance Company, Paracosm with Scimm. Dance Company, and Merchorstra with Scimm. Dance Company which was performed at the Melbourne Fringe Festival. Cassie teaches Contemporary Dance in studios and secondary schools and her routines have won several national championships. She particularly enjoys working with VCE and VET students on their examination solos and was instrumental in 2 Cathy-Lea students achieving perfect scores in 2023. |
