Carolyn’s background in music began as a child including 10 years of private music lessons and AMEB pianoforte examinations.
She commenced private studio teaching in 1989 and has taught Piano to students varying ages and abilities from young children to mature adults, with a particular interest in teaching beginners of all age groups. For twelve years Carolyn was a Speech and Drama teacher at Beaconhills College. Carolyn has plays piano to entertain residents at Aged Care villages and at local community events. She is qualified with Trinity College London and is a member of the Victorian Music Teachers’ Association. Carolyn has been teaching piano at Cathy-Lea Music Works since 2009. |
