Jessica has danced and trained at Cathy-Lea studios for 16 years in a broad range of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acrobatics and Hip Hop. She has completed exams to an Advanced level in Cecchetti Ballet and ATOD Jazz and Tap as well as competed at numerous competitions since she was 6 years old with our elite program troupes and as a soloist. She achieved runner up in the ATOD Australasians for jazz and placed 3rd in tap.
Jessica competed in many Cecchetti competitions including medal awards as well as being selected to be a junior ceccetti scholar for two years. She was chosen to be a dancer for Katy Perry's opening act in the 2020 women's cricket final at the MCG and had the opportunity to be a part of the Dream World parade in Queensland. Jessica is currently undertaking studies in Occupational Therapy at federation university. She has a crtification in RSD and RSB teaching as well as teaches level 1 ballet, jazz and tap along with junior hip hop and junior acro. |
