Loren Fox (Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop)
Loren Fox (M.S.F.D.) is an award-winning choreographer who has taught dance in various settings across Melbourne. Trained at Himing School of Dance then Cathy-Lea Academy, Loren completed studies in Cecchetti Ballet, and SFD Tap and Jazz, completing her teachers' qualifications with the Southern Federation of Dance.

Cassie McTaggart (Pre-School, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, VCE Dance)
Cassie is an Associate of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (London) and has taught dance in schools and private settings for 20 years. She worked for several years as a kindergarten teacher in Australia before travelling overseas, running pre-schools there then studying Dance full-time for a year. Since returning to Australia she has re-qualified as a School teacher and has worked part-time around her young family. We are delighted that Cassie has returned to Cathy-Lea in 2010 after a year’s family leave, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to all facets of Dance and Education from Pre-school to VCE Dance. |
Aleen Nazaretian (Ballet)
Aleen Nazaretian (A.C.B.A.- C.I.C.B., Advanced Cecchetti) has experience in teaching all levels of Classical Ballet up to and including Advanced 2. She trained for 10 years with an International Cecchetti examiner and completed all Cecchetti ballet examinations including her Associate Diploma teaching qualification, with excellent results.

Lorraine Reid (A.C.B.A. - C.I.C.B) has trained with Vivienne Dunn and Rosslyn Charlesworth, completing all her ballet exams to Advanced level as well as her teachers' qualifications. She has taught at Cathy-Lea since 2005.

James Rooney is a well-renowned and highly awarded dancer, choreographer and director. He has trained with the Johnny Young Talent School, Alberto Vila, the Australian College of Entertainers and Ruth Lane.

Jill Ward has 35 years' experience as a top-level gymnastics coach, having trained students to elite levels for many decades. She has been Head Women's coach at Grips Gymnastics in Dandenong and is currently Head Female Gymnastics coach at Cheltenham Youth Club.
