Q. How do I register for the website ?

A. Click on the Family Login option under the Members menu. This will open the login page. If you do not have a login, click on the Register link a little further down the page. Fill in your details and click submit. You will recieve an email with a validation link. Click on this to confirm your email address is correct. Within 24 hours (usually much faster) you will recieve a second email telling you your account is now active. You can now log into the website and see the Members Only features.

Q. Can anybody register for the website ?

A. Registration is open only to families, students and staff of Cathy-Lea. This is to protect the privacy of our families. Your details will be validated against either your enrollment records or your email address that you use to recieve newletter emails. If your details cannot be validated you will recieve an email asking you to inform the studio desk.

Q. I have forgotten my login and/or password, what can I do ?

A. Go to the login page and click on either the Forgot your Password or Forgot your Username links, and follow the instructions.

Q. I am not a current student or family, so how do I get information regarding classes or fees ?

A. The Curriculum section in the Why Cathy-Lea ? menu will give you an idea of the scope of classes offered. For any other information, such as fees and times, either use the Contact Us form or drop by the studio after 4pm Mon - Fri or after 9am Saturdays.

Q. I did not recieve the email with my activation link in it. What can I do ?

A. First thing to do is check your spam filter, or your ISP's junk mail or spam filter. Many ISPs provide this service nowadays. Some, like Bigpond and TPG, are known to occassionally block legitimate emails. You can usually resolve this by contacing their help desk. You can also click on the Forgot My Password link and enter the email address you believed that you registered with. If you used a different email address, you will be told immediately.
