Cathy-Lea is proud of its outstanding teaching faculty, all of whom are highly qualified teachers and performance professionals. Cathy-Lea staff practice SafeDance and are registered with various professional associations including AusDance, Cecchetti International Classical Ballet, the Australian Teachers of Dancing and the Southern Federation of Dance.

Danielle Griscti is an award-winning choreographer having created innovative works for both troupes and solo dancers. She has choreographed for several Dance Cancer Initiatives, the Monash Children's Hospital Gala at Crown Palladium, ATOD Gala Concert among many other events. Her solo students regularly win championships and scholarships in Tap and Jazz.
Danielle trained at Cathy-Lea Dance Works completing her level 10 examinations in Tap and Jazz as well as her Advanced 1 examination in Cecchetti Classical Ballet. She also completed VCE Dance.
Danielle was featured in the Southern Federation of Dance Hip Hop Demonstration Video.
She holds a Certificate III in Community Recreation (Dance) and is adored by her students for her meticulous teaching and caring manner.
